Dear Gentlemen:
If you have not heard, two sister agencies recently suffered damage due to tornadoes going through their areas. Baptist World Missionary Outreach Ministries (BWMOM), Chattanooga, TN, President Jack Reiss, is a FOM member, and they suffered considerable building damage with several trees falling down. They were without power for quite some time.
Though not a FOM member, Beacon World Missions, Trenton, GA, President Peter Mucher, lost their entire facility as well as the home of the Muchers. Their website shows the terrible damage and they are in need of much prayer and help. The Mucher’s home church, are letting them use some of their facility to set up their office allowing them to get re-connected with their missionaries.
We are willing here at FOM to establish a Relief Fund to assist these sister agencies or if you are able, you may send any financial help directly to them. Either way, please encourage them in any way that you can. Ministry is difficult enough but when such tragedies as these occur the pressure increases dramatically. Following is information if the Lord directs you to assist through prayer support or giving. Numbers are below if you wish to call.
